- Orders under 10,000,000₫ are charged shipping per the carrier's rate table.
- Worldwide shipping through our partners — multiple options so you can choose what suits you best.
- Orders are processed within 24h; once handed to the carrier, you will receive all order details and the tracking number.
- Within Vietnam: delivery takes 2 – 4 days.
- International orders: we notify you when you choose a shipping method and assist with customs and import/export procedures. Note: import/export costs vary by country.
Exchange & Returns
- After receiving your order, please check the quantity and quality within 24h, then contact us to arrange an exchange.
- We will proactively create a free exchange order and deliver it back to you — you do not need to do anything else.
- Exchanged items must be intact and unused.
