Order policy

• APIS offers a warranty of 7 to 14 days for manufacturing defects such as incorrect specifications (exceeding the initially agreed size), fabric defects, and material defects provided by APIS. We will retrieve the product for repair, with the repair period not exceeding 15 days (depending on the condition of the product’s defect). Products that cannot be repaired will be subject to negotiation or a refund.
• Customers should verify the actual quantity received against the invoice we provide, which includes: the number of products, the number of packages, and the weight per package.
